Text Box: Services: Our primary business is fabricating components & parts in non-ferrous, ferrous, composite, and various plastic materials from company supplied engineering drawings or electronic part files. Typical parts may range from simple to complex, prototype to production with a wide variety of required quantities. We service our customers with conventional & CNC Milling to a standard length of 40”. We also provide turning and precision surface grinding using conventional and automatic machinery. Our Brown & Sharpe Surface Grinder is equipped with a Diaform wheel dresser that allows us to grind precision shapes & profiles into individual components. CNC Metalworks, Inc also provides welding and fabrication services that are truck and trailer mounted. The trailer system provides shop air, Tig & Spray welding capabilities lighting and electrical routing, fixturing and workholding, as well as housing trade tools for onsite fabrication or equipment repair. Our Quality & manufacturing performance was recently recognized by the Quality Control department of a major aerospace contractor for outstanding performance, and we received a letter in reference of this accomplishment.
